The MSK-1 EDGE is a full tang, fixed blade knife - crafted from a tough, Swedish Super Steel called Sandvik 14C28N.. that is rugged, holds an amazing edge and is highly resistant to corrosion.

The blade comes in a tumbled black or uncoated stonewashed finish and is 0.15 inches (or 3.75 mm) thick and 6.2 inches (or 15.7 mm) long, making it small enough to carry every day, yet tough enough for any situation.

Imagine Your Perfect "Go To" Blade...

Following the fantastic success of David's MSK-1 knife - he started dreaming of an "everyman's knife" that retained the unique features, advantages and benefits of the MSK-1 but was more streamlined and attractive to a wider range of knife users interested in camping, bushcraft, prepping, self-defense and tactical applications.

So in 2017 David's key knife objectives went on the white board and he began a four-year process of sketching... laying it down... sketching more, and coming back months later.

Finally, one day it all came together. Just what he imagined. David then began prototyping and testing with the help of his USA manufacturing team. 

Sketches in hand... They NAILED It! "BAM!"

"The first prototype out of the gates that our team send me was EXACTLY what I imagined. We only had to make one or two very small tweaks," recounts David.

Next were the full production prototypes and final testing. 

The final prototypes performed so well that the decision was made to skip KICKSTARTER and risk of going right into manufacturing a limited number of first run of knives.

"A few months later, 200 BEAUTIFUL blades were delivered! Every single one perfect!", David remembers.

Assembled in the USA with US and imported components both kits are designed to bolt onto the MSK-1 kydex, nylon or leather sheaths (with 1.5" spaced side eyelets).

The ferro rod is now 1/4" (6.3mm) in diameter and has an improved larger, non-slip black coated, solid aluminum handle.

This rod kit is specially crafted to enable your MSK-1 or MSK-1 Min EDGE to throw a blaze of fire-igniting sparks. 

Choose black kydex or leather sheath to hold the included firesteel rod kit.

Remove one screw and insert your BLACK kydex sheath (only) inside this outer shell to: high carry, drop leg carry, scout carry and carry in the left or right handed orientations. 

Enables you to attach your MSK-1 to MOLLE compatible packs or bag. Carry more gear on your knife sheath by adding our ACS™ Strap-On Kit Pouch to this outer shell. Comes with (Removable) Knife Retention Strap.
