Handcrafted in the wilds of Central America by blade masters that specialize in forging exceptional knives meant for hard daily use - MSK-1 Primitive is forged from the same tough, edge-retaining, 1075 high carbon steel that we use in our popular MSK-1 Black - MSK-1 Primitive (at 0.22 inch thick) is a full one ounce lighter than MSK-1 Elite (at 0.25 inch thick) without any reduction in performance.
What you get is a lighter in the hand (and on the wallet) bushcraft blade, that is made for hard (all day) use in any situation.
Clear coated with our tough, oxidation-repelling finish, MSK-1 Primitive is accented by our beautiful, rustic, hardwood handle grips.
