General Returns Policy (Non‑EU Customers) / EU Customers See Below...

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all components included.

If the return is due to our error (for example, you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, please log in to My Account, view your Completed Orders, and select Return Item(s) next to the relevant order. If you checked out as a guest, contact our customer support team and we will help you initiate the return.

Once you hand your package to the carrier, you can generally expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks or less. This timeframe includes:

  • 5–10 business days for the package to reach us

  • 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return

  • 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

We reserve the right to refuse returns that fall outside this policy (for example, used items, items damaged by misuse, or returns initiated after 30 days), but will always work with you in good faith to find a fair solution.

EU Return Policy / Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and you purchase products from us online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14‑day period. You can do this by using our online withdrawal form/button on our website or by sending us an email or written statement including your name, order number, and contact details.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return shipping costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have expressly agreed to bear these costs.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The goods should be returned in reasonable condition, taking into account normal handling to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
