Why is there a $10 VIP reservation?

Is the $10 refundable?
Only before launch. If you change your mind, reply to any of our emails before Kickstarter goes live on Tuesday, October 20 at 8 AM ET and we'll refund your $10. Once the campaign launches, the $10 is non-refundable.
Is the $10 applied to my knife?
No. The $10 is a separate VIP reservation fee. It holds your $224 VIP price, your entry in the 001 to 010 drawing, your sheath choice, and expedited delivery. You'll back Warrior X at the $224 VIP price on Kickstarter using your secret link.
How many Warrior X knives are there?
Only 300, each one serial-numbered. That's the entire run. VIPs are entered in a drawing for numbers 001 to 010.
When will VIPs get their knife?
VIPs get expedited delivery, targeted for December. If anything changes, you'll hear it straight from us.
Which sheath do I get?
Your choice: the Leather X Sheath, the new Black Tac X Sheath with drop-carry options, or the new SERE X Sheath in two-tone olive green and tan, with left or right, high, belt, drop and scout carry options. You'll pick when you claim your knife on launch day.
I reserved VIP for Elite X. Do I need to reserve again?
Yes. Warrior X is a separate campaign with its own numbered run, so you need a Warrior X reservation for Warrior X VIP pricing.
Is Warrior X legal where I live?
Knife laws vary by country and state. Please check your local regulations before backing. If we can't ship to you, we'll refund your reservation.
How will I get my secret VIP link?
We'll email it on Tuesday, October 20 before 8 AM ET to the address you used at checkout. Add team@ultimatesurvivaltips.com to your contacts and check spam or promotions just in case.
